Room Hire

The BMECP centre offers an incredibly flexible and affordable room hire service. Our room sizes range in capacity from 10 to 100 and are wheelchair accessible. Our dedicated staff provide additional support services and also offer resources such as free Wi-Fi, printing, photocopying, projector & flip chart hire and refreshments.

 

Prices start as low as £40 for 3 hours. If you are a charitable organisation, please inquire about our reduced rates for charities.

Rooms can be booked for a minimum of three hours and are used frequently for:

• Health & Wellbeing Services
• Weddings & Birthday parties
• Classrooms

MEETING ROOMS FOR HIRE:

Framroze Room – Accommodates up to 20 people

Room 4 – Accommodates up to 20 people

Rose Room – Accommodates up to 100 people.

Lagoon Room – Accommodates up to 60 people.

Mulberry Room – Accommodates up to 20 people

Lower Ground Floor Rooms are accessible by stairs or lift:
(we are wheel chair accessible)

 

In addition to the meeting rooms that we have for hire, we also offer a Hub Area with kitchen. We also have 3 offices that are permanently hired out by different organisations. We offer Hot desking / Hub facility for rental by smaller community groups and business start up’s as well as virtual office and co-working.
