FOOD BANK

CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS – The week commencing the 19th of December, the BMECP will be running it’s foodbank on Thursday the 22nd (rather than Friday the 23rd). The BMECP Foodbank will then re-open on Friday the 6th of January 2023.

BMECP FOOD BANK

The BMECP Food Bank provides emergency food parcels for people in crisis who live in Brighton and Hove. Each food parcel contains non-perishable and nutritionally balanced food items. Our food bank is open every Friday from 12pm to 3pm commencing May 1st 2020.  We take referrals for individuals, families and professionals. After submitting a referral, you will receive an email response within 24 hours to confirm along with a telephone call.  At present, we only take referrals by email or the referral form which is downloadable on the BMECP website.

Please download the referral form below and email it to:  juliet@bmecp.org.uk

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This is where we need the help of our local businesses and community members. We desperately need food donations and/or funds in order to build a sufficient supply to cater to the needs of our community. We also need those who are willing to give their time and volunteer for this amazing cause.

Our Goal: As uncertainty continues over the impact of the Covid-19, our immediate focus is to raise money and food donations now in order to provide essential-emergency food to those in need. Please help us by donating food, items, funds and (most importantly) your time if you can support us in providing food to those in need.

If you can help in any way,  please contact juliet@bmecp.org.uk  or donate to us directly by clicking the Donate button at the right hand side of our webpage.
