Our Embodied Mindfulness Meditation Programme, led by Marina Murphy, is a supportive and culturally safe space designed especially for our communities.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn simple, powerful practices to:

✨ Build resilience and self‑compassion
✨ Improve your overall mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
