Anxiety, Depression, Low energy, Sleeplessness, Worry, Recurring Thoughts, Joint or Muscle Aches and Pains, Chronic Conditions like Diabetes, High Cholesterol – or other health-related conditions? Then why not give Secular Mindfulness Meditation a try?
What is Secular Mindfulness Meditation?
Secular meditation is a non-religious way of giving the Body and Mind deep healing rest. The practice calms the whole system with gentle awareness of how we are breathing. This leads to self-observation of our thoughts, and our moments of self-criticising which agitate the mind.
You’ll learn how to treat these in non-judgemental ways. It is about increasing kindness and compassion towards ourselves by spending more time in the present. This is an opportunity to spend a little time on a different approach to self-care.
Drop in for a FREE Session at BMECP for a Secular Mindfulness Meditation.
A 30 minute meditation, followed by well-being coaching and discussion, led by Marina Murphy.
