This collaboration is built on our shared mission to strengthen support for ethnically diverse communities across Sussex through inclusion, empowerment, and advocacy. Together, we will deliver leadership training, host joint community events, and create more accessible, culturally safe spaces for learning, development, and community engagement. By working together, we believe we can make an even greater impact.

- Sharing resources and referrals – ensuring individuals are signposted to the services that best meet their needs.
- Strengthening support through training and leadership – offering workshops to upskill individuals and grassroots groups.
- Enhancing community engagement across Sussex – hosting outreach events and increasing visibility of available support.
